MODEL OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE EXPLORATORY (FLEX) PROGRAM FOR ELEMENTARY LEVEL

Teaching English for elementary schools in Indonesia has been taught since 1994, however, the quality of learning is still far from satisfactory results. Therefore, teaching on this level should be developed meaningfully by promoting contexts effectively because it directly influences students’ competence and attitudes toward target language next levels. This a library research article with aim to design model program conducted analyzing 10 relevant articles through tools. The instruments were observation sheets organize data documentary analysis was applied analyze data.
